Women’s Retreat 2026: Tacos and Testimonies! On Saturday, November 7, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, the women of Alliance are gathering for food and conversation, plus a little hands-on creative time. We’ll trace how God has used ordinary people all through Church history and talk about what our own witness looks like now. Reserve your spot here: https://www.alliancemethodist.org/event-details-registration/2026-womens-retreat-tacos-testimonies
Trunk or Treat is Saturday, October 31, and we need cars, candy, and costumes! Sign up in the narthex or through the form in this week’s e-newsletter. Set-up opens at 5:00 PM in the Alliance parking lot, neighborhood families start arriving at 6:00, and we’ll hand out candy until 7:30. Decorate your trunk with a Halloween or fall theme if you can, and wear a family-friendly costume. Bring more candy than seems reasonable!
Altar Rail giving in October will go to support our PB&J ministry, which provides sandwiches for the homeless through the Union Gospel Mission.
